In October 2018, I successfully completed this course which takes you from basic design principles to the design and creation of intricate flower sugarwork.
Elements covered in the modular course included:
- Preparation for working with petal paste, cutting and colouring techniques
- Making wired pulled flowers
- Making wired cutter flowers
- Using accessories to display sugar flowers
- Taping and assembling sugar flower displays
